Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards, the following items cannot be returned:

Grooming products that have been opened

Personal care or hygiene-related items (brushes, clippers, litter boxes, etc.) that show use

Customized or personalized products

Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with the following:

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders may already be processing or shipped and cannot be changed.
