During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unexpected factors.
3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time (unless otherwise stated).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
5. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors, household members, or your building office

Allow 1–2 extra business days (some carriers mark packages delivered early)
If the package still cannot be located, contact us.
KZIZOE SHOP is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we will do our best to assist you.
